A structural analysis of the Langlands program as of early 2026. We map active research fronts, identify four recurring patterns across blocked problems (local-global blockade, missing mediator object, Frobenius gap, positivity problem), synthesize Deninger's dynamical framework with Connes-Consani's F1-geometry and Fargues-Scholze's geometrization into a unified narrative, and identify five concrete gaps where progress is most needed. This paper does not present new theorems; it presents a structural argument for where the actual obstructions lie and why they recur. Core ideas are attributed to Deninger, Connes-Consani, Fargues-Scholze, and others.
