Abstract

【摘要】 目的: 探讨基于行为改变轮(behavior change wheel,BCW)理论的健康教育在糖尿病患者足部自我管理中的应用效果。 方法: 采用便利抽样法选取贵州省人民医院内分泌科2024年7—12月收治住院的60例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按入院时间分为两组,每组30例。试验组患者采用基于BCW理论的足部自我管理健康教育,对照组患者采用常规方式进行足部自我管理健康教育,干预前后应用糖尿病患者足部护理知识问卷、糖尿病患者足部护理自我效能感量表和诺丁汉足部护理评估量表比较两组患者的干预效果。 结果: 共53例患者完成研究,其中试验组27例,对照组26例。干预后,两组患者足部护理知识比较,差异无统计学意义(PP 结论: 基于BCW理论的健康教育更有利于促成糖尿病患者在足部自我管理中形成良好的足部护理行为,可为糖尿病足的院前防控提供有效手段。
