Abstract

【摘要】 目的: 探讨六味地黄丸治疗2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)合并肾虚型耳鸣的临床效果及对血糖波动的影响。 方法: 按随机数表法将2024年1月—2025年3月于咸阳市中心医院就诊的104例T2DM合并肾虚型耳鸣患者分为对照组和研究组,每组52例,在降糖治疗的基础上分别给予甲钴胺和甲钴胺联合六味地黄丸治疗。观察两组患者耳鸣症状量表(THI)评分、中医证候积分和血糖波动指标[平均血糖波动幅度(MAGE)、血糖标准差(SDBG)、血糖目标范围内时间(TIR)、最大血糖波动幅度(LAGE)、餐后血糖波动幅度(PPGE)]。 结果: 治疗后,两组患者THI评分、中医证候积分、MAGE、LAGE、PPGE、SDBG指标均低于治疗前,且研究组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(PP 结论: 六味地黄丸治疗糖尿病合并肾虚型耳鸣效果较好,值得临床推广应用。
