Introduction: Haemophilia poses significant dental management challenges; India has a large affected population with variable access to care. Methods: Systematic analysis of literature to evaluate oral health status and dental care challenges for persons with haemophilia in India. Results: People with haemophilia in India show poorer oral hygiene/dentition compared to Western cohorts; barriers include limited access, fear of hospitalization, and need for clotting factor replacement. Conclusions: Advocate integrated comprehensive care models incorporating preventive dental services to reduce invasive procedures and factor replacement needs; timely dental care can lower morbidity and costs.
