Abstract

ECHO is a dialogue-based AI platform in which fans interact with AI representations of artists, philosophers, and thinkers. This version (v1.1) clarifies the three-layer revenue model: (1) Streaming/iTunes as the existing layer, (2) ECHO Fan Club membership fees as the access layer, and (3) Hikari (光貨) as the per-dialogue emotional value layer. ECHO does not compete with streaming — it adds a new economic layer above it.
