The AspirE Training Curriculum, a comprehensive resource developed to support researchers engaged in qualitative inquiry. This open-access publication brings together the content of three in-depth training sessions delivered within the AspirE project, focusing on key pillars of rigorous and ethical research practices. The curriculum offers clear, practical instruction on: Research ethics: ensuring integrity, transparency, and respect in qualitative research involving human participants. Data analysis workflows: introducing qualitative and social network mapping tools (NVivo, ATLAS.ti, and Network Canvas) and systematic approaches for managing and analysing qualitative data. Open data principles: promoting responsible sharing and reuse of research data in line with ethical and legal standards. By combining conceptual insights with hands-on guidance, the curriculum is designed to equip researchers, students, and practitioners with the knowledge and confidence to conduct and share qualitative research responsibly.
