Structural theorems reveal predictions about neutrino mass ratios and flavors in octonionic framework, suggesting significant insights for understanding neutrino behavior.
We prove two structural theorems within the octonionic flavor framework of [1]. First, a Z₂-parity argument shows that the neutrino Yukawa column vanishes identically in the even Fano channel, guaranteeing rank ≤ 2 universally. Second, at the equatorial point of the flavor sphere, the spectral ratio equals exactly 3+2√2 = (1+√2)². Under the linear mass morphism, this predicts Δm²₃₁/Δm²₂₁ = 17+12√2 ≈ 33.97, in ~1% agreement with NuFit 6.0. A computable mass-phase curve links the CP phase to the mass ratio.
