The anomalous clustering of trans-Neptunian objects suggests a hidden planet at ~400–800 AU. BCT identifies preferred orbital radii at rₙ = rNeptune × RBCTⁿ where RBCT = 1. 843. This gives r₁ = 55. 4 AU (the Kuiper Cliff — confirmed), r₂ = 102 AU, r₃ = 188 AU, r₄ = 347 AU (Planet 9 zone). BCT offers two interpretations: (A) Planet 9 exists at ~347 AU; (B) the TNO clustering is a geometric Bessel resonance effect requiring no physical planet. The Kuiper Cliff at r₁ = 55. 4 AU constitutes an existing confirmed prediction. Zero free parameters.
