BCT Letter derives neutrino mass geometry in Majorana fermions, indicating deeper topological links.
BCT Letter 196 derives the Majorana neutrino mass structure from OHC Hopf charge topology. In the BCT framework, Majorana fermions correspond to half-integer Hopf charge states H = 1/2 — the topological boundary between fermionic (H ∈ ℤ + 1/2) and bosonic (H ∈ ℤ) sectors. The seesaw scale M_R = m_P × α₀² = 6.695 × 10¹⁴ GeV is derived geometrically. The PMNS CP phase δ_CP = −π/2 (maximal) follows from the D4 triality structure. BCT Prediction #239: neutrinoless double beta decay rate proportional to α₀ × m_ν. Zero free parameters.
