We present a unified field theory based on information geometry, in which all fundamental interactions gravity, gauge forces, and matter fields emerge from the intrinsic geometry of a single information manifold. Four axioms are proposed: (i) the information state is the fundamental entity; (ii) the information manifold carries a Fisher Bures metric; (iii) dynamics follow from a geometric action principle; (iv) the arrow of time is identified with entropy increase along geodesics. From these axioms we derive a unified action and its associated Euler–Lagrange equations, culminating in the Information Geometric Unified Field Equations. These equations unify general relativity, Yang–Mills theory, the Dirac equation, and the Higgs mechanism under a single geometric framework. The theory predicts a specific gauge group structure derived from the isometries of the information manifold, a geometric origin for fermion generations, and testable modifications to dispersion relations at Planckian scales. We provide detailed derivations, comparative analysis with conventional unified theories, and a complete set of original equations.
