Abstract

胺吸收法是最具商业化前景的燃烧后捕集(post combustion carbon capture, PCC)技术, 但对占地空间和公用工程需求较大, 因此目前仍处于工业示范和商业化早期阶段. 过程模拟技术效率高且成本和风险可控, 有望助力胺吸收法PCC加速实现广泛商业化. 本文从过程系统工程视角出发, 系统综述了胺吸收法PCC技术的研究进展. 首先剖析了工艺特征从填料塔(packed bed, PB)结合单胺溶剂向节能配置或旋转填料床(rotating packed bed, RPB)结合新型胺溶剂的演进趋势, 阐述了基于双膜理论、溶质渗透理论和表面更新理论的通用建模原则, 归纳了五种模型类型及优缺点. 之后重点分析了基于PB和RPB的胺吸收法PCC模拟研究现状: 前者在稳态过程特性分析和技术-经济-环境效益评价方面取得了大量成果, 但动态模拟和中试及工业级验证案例仍显不足; 后者目前主要聚焦使用乙醇胺溶剂的小尺寸RPB的建模与参数分析, 在工艺集成设计与全局优化、替代溶剂开发与适用性评估等方面存在较多研究空白. 最后提出应通过高效低能耗溶剂开发、精确过程模型构建、全生命周期综合效益评价等研究, 推进胺吸收法PCC的商业化进程.
