Automating the Process of Generating Technological Data for Production Planning Systems of Sheet Metal Parts Using Variable Manufacturing Processes

Based on analysing the methods of forming technological processes (TP) for production planning systems of manufac-turing products in mechanical engineering, the authors propose a combined method and develop an algorithm. It al-lows implementing end-to-end route technological processes for manufacturing sheet metal parts in automatic mode using variable technological processes (VTP), and in dialog mode using modern TP design systems. As a result of the study, the «Automated production preparation system for manufacturing special serial chassis» is developed and im-plemented, which ensures the design of end-to-end route technological processes for manufacturing sheet metal parts of machines.
