This article examines the use of speech recognition technologies to assess the quality of educational material delivery in the learning process. A developed Python-based program is presented, utilizing MySQL for data storage, NLP models for speech analysis, and machine learning methods to evaluate the correspondence of speech to a given topic. A comparison with existing solutions is conducted, highlighting the advantages of the proposed approach, including objective assessment, the ability to monitor students' skills, and the adaptation of the educational process. The test results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed system.
