Development and validation of an ICF-aligned patient- and proxy-reported outcome measure and derivation of a short form for children and adolescents with disabilities

The 59-item P/PR-ROM demonstrated sound psychometric properties with six empirical latent factors mapping onto 11 clinical domains. The 14-item short form maintains strong reliability, structural validity, and meaningful clinical discrimination across 10 domains while substantially reducing respondent burden.
