Abstract

目的 探讨人工养殖中华大蟾蜍与野生中华大蟾蜍所产蟾酥药材得率及物质基础差异,为中华大蟾蜍人工规模化养殖提供数据支撑。 方法 收集7省9市共28批野生和人工养殖中华大蟾蜍所产蟾酥药材样本,采用高效液相联合飞行时间质谱法(hplc-Q-Tof-Ms)分析蟾酥药材物质基础,每个样本获得1965个质谱离子信息,采用主成分分析法(pca)对不同蟾酥药材样本数据间进行物质基础差异的分析。进一步采用高效液相色谱法测定不同蟾酥药材中蟾毒灵、华蟾酥毒基和脂蟾毒配基3种活性成分含量并比较含量差异。 结果 野生中华大蟾蜍药材得率明显高于人工养殖中华大蟾蜍。同一产地人工养殖和野生中华大蟾蜍所产蟾酥药材的物质基础及3种活性成分含量无显著差异,物质基础基本一致。不同产地间蟾酥药材样本存在显著区分,表明产地差异是中华大蟾蜍所产蟾酥物质基础差异的主要因素。 结论 蟾酥药材由野生资源转向人工养殖提供了科学依据。
