The purpose of this study was to visualize the factors and processes that lead Students with work experience to choose to study in a junior college of childcare training schools. Semistructured interviews were conducted with 14 subjects and their data was analyzed using the Trajectory Equifinality Model. As a result, three processes were extracted: image of childcare, formation of motivation to become a childcare worker, and Choosing to learn as students with work experience. The results suggest that it is necessary to focus on the formation of motivation to become a childcare worker as a selection process.
