Abstract

目的：探讨脊髓损伤患者创伤后应激障碍(ptsd)症状的网络结构特征，并制定针对性护理干预策略。方法：选取2022年1月至2025年1月在我院康复科住院治疗的脊髓损伤患者120例，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各 60例。对照组给予常规护理干预，观察组在常规护理基础上实施基于ptsd症状网络分析的个性化护理干预。比较两组患者干预前后ptsd症状严重程度、生活质量评分及社会功能恢复情况。结果：干预后观察组患者的ptsd症状改善效果显著优于对照组，生活质量评分明显提高，社会功能恢复情况良好（p < 0.05）。结论：基于ptsd症状网络分析的个性化护理干预能够有效改善脊髓损伤患者的创伤后应激反应，提高其生活质量和功能恢复水平，具有重要的临床应用价值。
