Abstract

短链氯化石蜡(short-chain chlorinated paraffins, SCCPs)是一种有机污染物,被广泛用于阻燃剂、增塑剂、润滑剂、冷却剂、金属加工切削液和密封剂的生产。SCCPs较易在水体中长期残留,并通过食物链放大作用,在生物体内富集。本研究对烟台北部近海海域水体、生物体中的SCCPs浓度进行调查。结果表明,海水中的ΣSCCPs浓度为58.0~610.5 ng/L,SCCPs碳、氯同系物以C10-11、Cl5-7为主;海洋生物体中的ΣSCCPs含量为10.2 ~219.0 ng/g ww;SCCPs碳、氯同系物以C11-13、Cl5-7为主。进一步分析发现,烟台北部近海海水中SCCPs主要受工业生产、人类活动、周边河流输入和海洋洋流变化的综合影响;海洋生物体中SCCPs与生物生活习性和区域污染密切相关;海水和海洋生物体中SCCPs碳、氯同系物的分布模式主要受SCCPs理化性质、工业生产、环境归趋变化以及生物对污染物的吸收、储存和代谢能力的影响;SCCPs在烟台北部近海海域生物体中的生物富集因子对数值介于2.21至2.70之间,各物种生物富集能力和生物放大作用存在物种间差异,受到物种的摄食偏好、生活环境、代谢速率、所处营养级等多因素的影响。
