Menstrual health management has been a global concern in recent years because of various challenges that have been associated with it. These challenges include limited product availability, concerns regarding the environment, as well as social stigma. The current solutions that are being offered to solve this problem are not holistic, as they focus on one problem at a time without considering a combined solution using advanced technologies. The paper seeks to propose a Smart Menstrual Health Ecosystem that combines product availability, tracking, as well as sustainable e-commerce. The proposed solution utilizes various advanced technologies such as IoT-based smart vending machines, mobile applications, tracking solutions, as well as artificial intelligence-based solutions to ensure that there is product availability in both public and private domains. The solution also allows users to track vending machines that are available in their area, access eco-friendly products, as well as access various forms of content that are associated with menstrual health. The proposed solution is advantageous as it combines product availability, user experience, as well as sustainable solutions. The proposed solution is therefore scalable and can be used to solve various problems that are associated with menstrual health management.
