Improving Students' Interactions during Discussion

The purpose of this study is to help create a good learning environment for students in a small classroom.In a small group setting sometimes what you need most is absent from the room, class interaction.In an ideal world all the classes would be a perfect mixture of student's levels and motivation, making the classes more conductive to learning and more enjoyable for all the students.Since this is not a perfect system, I created an activity to help in situations where students do not interact with each other.The goal of this activity is to help students overcome their shyness and participate during discussions.
