AMRDB is a data portal developed at the Infectious Diseases Institute (IDI), Makerere University, Uganda, under the Africa Centre of Excellence in Bioinformatics and Data-Intensive Sciences (ACE), to facilitate access to antimicrobial resistance (AMR) data and insights. The platform connects users to a central AMR data lakehouse through an intuitive web interface, supporting researchers, healthcare professionals, and policymakers in accessing, visualizing, and analyzing AMR data. Features include interactive resistance mapping, a dataset catalogue with access management, a publications library, and a platform for hosting predictive ML models.
