Part V of the 9D-USTE series establishes K to describe causal mismatch in quantum gravity, suggesting experimental tests and implications.
Part V of the 9D-USTE series. This paper establishes the topological frustration index K* as a measurable physical quantity describing causal mismatch between 9D topology and 4D spacetime. It gives closed-form calculation formulas and proposes three testable signatures: quantum interference phase shifts, gravitational wave topological echoes, and CMB B-mode polarization anomalies. This work turns 9D-USTE into an experimentally falsifiable quantum gravity theory.
