p=0. 004 and HR 0.31; p=0.007, respectively).Kaplan-Meier survival curves showed a statistically significant OS benefit in pts exhibiting the positive variation of either IL-4 or IL-12p70 (mOS 31.4 vs 11.7 mos, p<0.001).Conclusions: These findings support the use of cytokine variations as a simple and non-invasive biomarker for predicting treatment response and prognosis in patients undergoing immunotherapy.
