This paper fixes lower bound within a non-modal structural system. Lower bound is not introduced as a foundation, a primary element, or a required condition. No lower bound fixes the system. An upper bound has been fixed within ordering and is denoted as c. The system is fixed with the upper bound and not with a lower bound. Unit is not introduced as a structural condition and remains descriptive. Discreteness and continuity are not introduced as foundational conditions. No modality is introduced. Possibility and necessity are not used. This paper fixes lower bound as non-foundational within a non-modal structural system.
