This paper explores the Law of Disequilibrium and verifies its universality as a fundamental prin-ciple governing all entities in the cosmos. By elaborating on the correlations between the Law ofDisequilibrium, the Law of Entropy Increase, and Dissipative Structure Theory, as well as summariz-ing the pervasive disequilibrium phenomena at both microscopic and macroscopic scales, this paperdefines the Law of Disequilibrium, clarifies its spatio-temporal manifestations and inherent charac-teristics. The law is categorized into the linear law, normal distribution law, exponential law, powerlaw, mixed law and other derivative forms, with each form interpreted against the spatio-temporalcoordinates of systemic evolution. Based on the Law of Disequilibrium, a unified entropy changeformula applicable to all types of systems is proposed. This research provides an innovative perspec-tive and a consolidated theoretical framework for understanding the current state and evolutionarytransformation of all cosmic entities and complex systems.
