Abstract

This article explores the transformation of religious experience within digital and algorithm-driven environments. As religious expression increasingly migrates to online platforms, new forms of mediation emerge, reshaping how belief is constructed, reinforced, and disseminated. This study examines how algorithms, content dynamics, and digital authority structures influence faith practices and perceptions. Rather than viewing this shift as merely technological, the paper proposes that digital environments actively participate in the reconfiguration of religious experience, potentially intensifying cognitive reinforcement and altering traditional structures of spiritual authority. The findings suggest that digital faith represents not only an evolution of religious practice but also a reorganization of influence within contemporary society.
