This document introduces the Memory Prism framework, a systems model for analyzing how structures form, persist, and fail under constraint. The framework defines a minimal set of operational concepts required to analyze systems across domains: - Boards: the structural environments within which systems operate, including topology, boundaries, and resource distribution - Identity: the persistence and boundaries of entities across time and transformation - Flow under constraint: movement of energy, matter, or information shaped by limitations - Audits: mechanisms of measurement, visibility, and enforcement that regulate system behavior These components function as operators. They are not domain-specific and are intended to be applied across biological, physical, and social systems. This framework does not rely on intent, narrative, or moral interpretation. It focuses on constraint, structure, and observable behavior. Supporting documents expand on each operator and demonstrate applications across multiple domains. This is a foundational document within an evolving system. Future versions may refine definitions, extend scope, or restructure components while maintaining conceptual continuity.
