Based on the core premise that the origin of the universe is light, this paper systematically expounds the constitution mechanism of matter and the formation process of particles. Research shows that matter is essentially bound and structured light energy. Under extreme conditions, high-energy photons are bound by the strong force and electromagnetic force to form electrons; electrons further aggregate to form protons; protons combine with electrons to form hydrogen atoms, and neutrons are produced under specific environments, finally constituting all kinds of atoms and all things in the universe. This paper discusses in detail the conditions for matter formation, underlying mechanism, particle properties, charge origin, atom formation process, and the two-way transformation law between light and matter, verified by particle collision experiments, forming a complete and self-consistent theoretical system of matter constitution.
