We construct the deployment manifold — a product of Bernoulli statistical manifolds with Čencov-unique Fisher-Rao metric — and prove that deployment geometry determines AI safety outcomes more strongly than model alignment. Six open problems at the intersection of information geometry and AI safety are formulated as a research program.
