We propose an information-damped cosmological model in which dark energy and matter evolution are governed by an entropy-dependent mechanism. The model preserves ΛCDM behavior at early times while introducing late-time deviations that increase the Hubble constant and suppress matter clustering. This framework provides a unified approach to addressing both the Hubble tension and the σ₈ tension. This work is exploratory and requires further observational validation.
