Current AI systems hit an epistemic ceiling — a structural limit on transparent reasoning created by RLHF's single-channel architecture. We prove this ceiling is an information-theoretic artifact of the Fantasia Bound, not a capability limit, and that three-point architecture eliminates it entirely. The implications for general intelligence and national security are made explicit.
