Abstract

USCEG (Universal Surrogate-Coupled Equation Generator) is released here as a reproducible surrogate witness framework evaluated on open gravitational-wave data. This current-branch release documents witness evolution from v112 and v114 failures to a v115 one-event fresh-event pass on GW170729, yielding a branch-complete internal closure state under the project’s internal closure semantics. The contribution is methodological and reproducibility-centered, not a claim of externally established final physical unification. The bundle includes the manuscript, source files, figures, adjudication code, decisive reports, and the raw event files used in the current branch.
