Direct integration of deep learning–based GTV auto-segmentation into a clinical radiotherapy planning system

Direct integration of deep learning segmentation into a treatment planning system. A pretrained gross tumor volume segmentation model was deployed within the system. No external infrastructure was required for model deployment and execution. Segmentation contours were generated for immediate review and editing.
