Model shows a new framework for spacetime that resolves tensions in H0 and S8, indicating a novel approach to cosmology.
We present a minimal effective framework where spacetime and gravity emerge from a conserved informational field. By incorporating bulk viscosity (β) motivated by the Israel-Stewart formalism, we derive a dynamical equation of state that transitions from a matter-like phase to a dark-energylike behavior. Using Cosmic Chronometer H(z) data, we perform a χ2 analysis and find a best-fit value of β ≈ 0.39. We demonstrate that this dissipative mechanism leads to a suppression of the growth rate observable fσ8(z), providing a simultaneous potential resolution to the H0 and S8 tensions by shifting the predicted expansion history and structure growth towards the range preferred by late-time observations.
