The U-Cell Model and the CMB: Full Boltzmann Analysis via CLASS -- Self-Consistent Sound Horizon, Acoustic Scale, and Power Spectrum

Full CLASS Boltzmann code analysis of UCM (Omega_m=0.3166, w=-1,Omega_b h²=0.02246). Three results supersede the EH98-based Paper 16:(i) r_d(UCM)=146.859 Mpc (self-consistent, -0.16% vs Planck),ΔBIC=+3.1 for DESI DR1 unchanged;(ii) l_a(UCM)=301.451, tension 0.22sigma -- resolves the 1.8sigmareported in Paper 16 which was an EH98 approximation artefact;(iii) TT power spectrum differs from Planck ΛCDM by max 0.36%(RMS 0.18%), below current measurement precision. UCM fullyconsistent with all CMB observables.
