Full CLASS Boltzmann code analysis of UCM (Omegaₘ=0. 3166, w=-1, Omegab h²=0. 02246). Three results supersede the EH98-based Paper 16: (i) rd (UCM) =146. 859 Mpc (self-consistent, -0. 16% vs Planck), ΔBIC=+3. 1 for DESI DR1 unchanged; (ii) lₐ (UCM) =301. 451, tension 0. 22sigma -- resolves the 1. 8sigmareported in Paper 16 which was an EH98 approximation artefact; (iii) TT power spectrum differs from Planck ΛCDM by max 0. 36% (RMS 0. 18%), below current measurement precision. UCM fullyconsistent with all CMB observables.
