The Technology Lock: Jurisdiction of Knowledge, Professional Incentive, Language Architecture and Cognitive Colonisation

This paper introduces four original analytical frameworks, each examining a dimension of the Technology Lock not previously addressed in this research series with these perspectives of reasoning: It is one kind of out the box but practical and logical reasoning around AI and Technology into the life of human beings. The Jurisdiction of Knowledge: -The principle that domain authority cannot be transferred to those who do not inhabit the domain, because it is unidentifiable knowledge of considerations and the consequences of this principle for AI governance and underlying active elements remain unidentified. The Professional Incentive Structure: -The systematic economic and institutional reward given to those who perpetuate, rather than resolve, the problems they are positioned to solve. These are two completely opposite things, one is to understand about what is built and another is resourced from and depended on what. The Language Architecture of the Lock: - The deliberate selections of terminology, to remove accountability, misdirect regulatory attention, and shape public understanding of AI behaviour. It is like patients tries to understand how human brain is structured and handled. Cognitive Colonisation: - The architectural design to define educational curricula, professional certifications, and AI’s self-explanation to determine the boundaries of practitioners is structurally permitted to see what, where and how. It is like to trying to learn hundreds of languages whereas human capacity overrides logic.
