This research uncovers differences in metagenomic profiles related to gastric cancer in mice, suggesting bacterial influence on disease.
Mouse various parts remove host metagenomic 307 sample. Some of these mice have been fed oral bacteria from gastric cancer populations, and some have been fed oral bacteria from non-gastric cancer populations as controls. Fecal metagenomes of mice were extracted at different time points, as well as metagenomes of gastric tissue, gastric contents, cecum, etc.
