We developed fiber bundle type fan-out (FBF) for 19-core multicore fiber (MCF). Insertion loss <; 1.15 dB was confirmed for FBF-MCF-FBF configuration. Loss variation <; ±0.12 dB was confirmed from -10 to 60 degrees C.
