Over the past decade, there has been a significant increase in the number of publications on this topic. However, the safety and benefits of retreatment after the recovery of ICIs-related complications remain unknown. Therefore,the establishment of related prediction models, as well as the immunotherapy of melanoma with ICIs in combination with other adjuvant therapies, are future research hotspots.
