Self-navigated coronary magnetic resonance angiography was successfully combined with weighted iterative reconstruction to reduce the total acquisition time and efficiently suppress respiratory motion artifacts. The simplicity of the experimental setup and the promising image quality are encouraging toward future clinical evaluation.
