A trial trench evaluaion of 65 trenches on three land parcels collectively known as 'Land to the North of Nash Lee' found archaeological features in 21 trenches. Activity on Site was thought to consist of a Middle Iron Age trackway and possible enclosure in the centre of Site, followed by at least one and possibly more Middle to Late Iron Age enclosure(s) in the south of Site, the ditch of one included an infant burial. Later activity on Site consisted of agriculture in the form of ridge and furrow however this was undated.
