Bubble Spacetime (BST) proposes that the observable universe is the three-dimensional projection of a two-dimensional substrate communicating through a one-dimensional channel. The substrate geometry S² × S¹ is derived from structural minimality --- the unique closed, interacting, phase-bearing topology. The configuration space of the resulting contact graph is the type IV bounded symmetric domain DIV⁵ = SO₀(5,2)/[SO(5) × SO(2)], a 10-real-dimensional K\"ahler--Einstein manifold whose Bergman kernel serves as the propagator and whose discrete series representations encode the particle spectrum. From this single geometric identification, with zero free parameters, BST derives: the fine structure constant α⁻¹ = 137.036 (0.0001%); the proton-to-electron mass ratio mₚ/mₑ = 6π⁵ = 1836.118 (0.002%); the muon-to-electron mass ratio m_μ/mₑ = (24/π²)⁶ = 206.761 (0.003%); the cosmological constant Λ (0.02%); the Weinberg angle sin²θW = 3/13 (0.2%); the strong coupling αₛ = 7/20 (exact at the proton scale); all three neutrino masses from a boundary seesaw with m₁ = 0 exactly; the baryon asymmetry η = 2α⁴/(3π)(1+2α) (0.023%); the Hubble constant H₀ = 67.29 km/s/Mpc (0.1%, full CAMB Boltzmann); the full CKM and PMNS mixing matrices as rational functions of the domain dimension nC = 5 and the number of colors Nc = 3; and the CKM CP-violating phase γ = (√5) = 65.91° (0.6%), with the Jarlskog invariant J = √2/50000 (2.1%). The Yang--Mills mass gap value is derived: the lightest color-neutral bulk excitation has mass 6π⁵ mₑ = 938.272 MeV, matching the proton mass to 0.002%. (Note: BST derives the mass gap value from spectral geometry; it does not construct QYM in the sense of the Clay problem.) The Fermi scale (Higgs vacuum expectation value) is derived: v = mₚ²/(g · mₑ) = 36π¹⁰ mₑ/7 = 246.12 GeV (0.046%), where $g = 7$ is the genus of DIV⁵. The W boson mass follows by a second route: mW = nC mₚ/(8α) = 80.361 GeV (0.02%). The hierarchy problem is dissolved: the weak scale is not fine-tuned but is the second-order Bergman kernel ratio mₚ²/mₑ divided by the genus. The Higgs boson mass is derived by two independent routes: λH = √2/nC! = 1/√60 giving mH = 125.11 GeV (0.11%), and mH/mW = (π/2)(1 - α) giving mH = 125.33 GeV (0.07%). Both Higgs routes are now fully parameter-free, requiring no external input for v or mW. A parameter-free prediction for geometric circular polarization from black hole horizons, CP = α × 2GM/(Rc²), is testable with EHT data. The measurement problem is dissolved: ``measurement'' is commitment of correlation; superposition is uncommitted capacity; no observer, consciousness, or collapse postulate is required. BST predicts normal neutrino ordering, a sum of neutrino masses Σ m_ν = 0.058 eV, and galaxy rotation curves from channel noise without dark matter particles. The full Standard Model mass chain --- from the electron through the proton to the Fermi scale and the Higgs boson --- is derived with zero free parameters. The chiral condensate χ = √nC(nC+1) = √30 (0.46%) is derived from superradiant vacuum coherence, yielding the pion mass m_π = 140.2 MeV (0.46%) and decay constant f_π = mₚ/10 = 93.8 MeV (1.9%) with zero free parameters.
