Abstract

Fe 3 O 4 @SiO 2 –TMA magnetic adsorbent enabled efficient MSPE-HPLC-DAD determination of bifonazole and itraconazole in biological samples. The method showed high sensitivity, accuracy (94.7–107.5%), and good greenness, offering a reliable approach for samples.
