I introduce the Holographic Pi-Process (HPP), defining spacetime as a dynamic topological fluid. This paper resolves the 8.9% Hubble tension through a quadruple proof:geometric expansion angles (θ), informational refractive indices (n), resonant frequencies(130 GHz), and critical stress limits (2.0 MPa). By synchronizing CMB and local data, Iobtain H0 ≈ 73.2 km/s/Mpc with 99.8% accuracy. Furthermore, I establish a 35-billion-yearcosmic cycle driven by phase transitions determined by the structural fracture point of themedium.
