This paper, as the continuation of Cancer Redefined (Part I), elucidates the mechanism of "Fortress Flaw" in tumor barriers, and proposes a hierarchical, human-centered life-saving strategy for cancer treatment. It further validates the core theory that tumors are the body's protective inert cell barriers, and provides a new clinical paradigm for oncology practice.
