Investigates amenability and biflatness in Lau product Banach algebras, highlighting their properties compared to individual algebras.
We study [Formula: see text]-amenability and [Formula: see text]-biflatness of Lau product Banach algebras, where [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are non-negative scalars. Moreover, we compare these notions for the Lau product [Formula: see text] with the corresponding properties of the individual algebras [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text], whenever [Formula: see text] is either a non-zero character on [Formula: see text] or is a contractive homomorphisms from [Formula: see text] into [Formula: see text].
