This article analyzes the role and importance of sociology in boxing from a scientific and practical perspective. It examines the impact of social relationships, group dynamics, coach–athlete interaction, and social support mechanisms on a boxer’s psychological preparation and athletic performance. The study demonstrates that boxing is not merely a sport based on physical abilities, but also a complex socio-psychological phenomenon.
