SUMMARY Allescheria boydii mycetomas occurred in a 4-year-old spayed female Labrador Retriever dog. Allescheriosis involved one-half of the spleen and portions of the gastric and duodenal wall. A draining fistulous tract extended from the pus-filled peritoneal cavity to the exterior of the abdomen. Amyloid was found in the liver, kidneys, and spleen.
