Our findings indicated that the MDR1 haplotype derived from C1236T, G2677T/A and C3435T is superior to predict the pharmacokinetics of digoxin. Digoxin pharmacokinetics are significantly different between individuals with the TTT-TTT haplotype and those with TGC-CGC.
