Key Points

  • The research aims to examine the expression levels of lncRNA-ATB and miR-200c in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer and their relation to tumor characteristics.
  • Concurrently evaluated the expression of lncRNA-ATB and miR-200c
  • Focused on non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer cases
  • Analyzed the association with tumor grade and metastatic potential
  • Alterations in the lncATB/miR-200c axis are observed in early-stage bladder cancer
  • The expression changes correlate with tumor grade
  • Suggests potential as an indicator for metastatic risk

Abstract

This study is the first to concurrently evaluate lncRNA-ATB and miR-200c expression in non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Even in early-stage bladder cancer, alterations in the lncATB/miR-200c axis appear to be associated with tumor grade and may potentially serve as an indicator of metastatic potential.
